Each player may hold only one shell999 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or permanently suspended and balances may be voided.
You must only deposit and gamble using funds that legally belong to you. Use of third-party payment accounts or borrowed money is strictly prohibited.
Any form of bonus abuse, collusion, fraud, or exploitation of system errors is prohibited. shell999 reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts found in breach.

Registration and use of shell999 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. shell999 enforces this requirement in compliance with international gaming authority standards. Players found to be under the age of 21 at registration will have their accounts immediately closed and any funds deposited returned net of any winnings derived therefrom.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on shell999. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. shell999 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with the secondary account(s).
You warrant that all personal information provided at registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number — is accurate, current, and belongs to you. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. shell999 is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate registration data provided by the Player.
shell999 does not knowingly accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using shell999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. shell999 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
Age Restriction: You must be 21 years of age or older to use shell999. We take this requirement seriously and conduct document-based KYC verification on all withdrawal requests.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your shell999 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. shell999 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the official login interface at shell999.net. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as conducted by you, unless you have previously notified shell999 of unauthorised access.
In the event you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact shell999 customer support immediately via live chat. shell999 will investigate and, where appropriate, place an immediate temporary lock on your Account pending review. shell999 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the Player failed to implement reasonable security precautions or failed to notify shell999 promptly upon discovery.
shell999 Accounts, Account Balances, and any entitlements therein are personal to the registered Player and are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or grant any third party access to your Account or any entitlements, winnings, or bonuses therein.
shell999 supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong, Public Bank), 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash vouchers, and USDT TRC20. All Account Balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). shell999 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.
You must only deposit funds into your shell999 Account from payment accounts or instruments that are legally registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. shell999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests from Accounts where unusual deposit patterns are identified.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit into the same Account, subject to KYC verification being completed in full. shell999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before releasing withdrawal funds. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Once approved, standard withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet and Boost process within minutes. FPX bank transfers typically process within 5–30 minutes during normal banking hours. Withdrawal requests that trigger additional review may take up to 3 business days to process. shell999 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly account maintenance fee of RM 10 until the Balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account. shell999 will notify the Player by email prior to applying any maintenance fee, using the registered email address on the Account.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by shell999 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in full before claiming any bonus. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Where a bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, the specified multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the promotion) must be turned over in eligible games before any balance derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Real-money funds are used before Bonus Funds in the settlement of bets unless otherwise stated.
shell999 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: pattern betting designed to exploit wagering requirements; use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; arbitrage betting; or any other conduct designed to artificially satisfy wagering conditions without genuine recreational play.

All games offered on shell999 are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's interface. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall govern for that specific game. shell999 uses live dealer content from licensed studios (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Live) and RNG games from certified providers. All RNG games use independently certified random number generators. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and spinning actions visible on screen and are governed by the rules of the relevant game.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — whether caused by server error, network disruption, or software fault — shell999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous display of an outcome or payout, shell999 reserves the right to correct the payout to reflect the correct outcome. Abnormally large payouts displayed as a result of an evident software error are not binding on shell999.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the shell999 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and the voiding of relevant balances and winnings:
All content on the shell999 Platform — including but not limited to the shell999 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the property of shell999 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without shell999's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, shell999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
shell999 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits or anticipated savings; (c) losses arising from network outages, server downtime, or third-party payment processor failures; (d) any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain appropriate security of your Account credentials.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit shell999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
shell999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on your Account; (c) you are found to be under 21 years of age; (d) a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement requirement compels us to do so.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting shell999 customer support via live chat. Where your Account is closed voluntarily and no breach of these Terms has occurred, your real-money Account Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering conditions.
shell999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which shell999 is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through shell999's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law in the Player's country of residence.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent shell999 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
shell999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, shell999 will notify registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via an in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the notified effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

shell999 operates a formal complaints procedure. All complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and investigated within 7 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, shell999 will direct the Player to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service under the applicable gaming authority.
